Fee Structure

For new members, there is a $5 joining fee but thereafter the annual membership fee for Gloucester District U3A Inc. is $30 for one or $50 for two from the same household.

New people joining in Term 4 pay the $5 joining fee and a membership of $15 for a single or $25 for two from the same household.

Membership ceases if fees are not paid by Enrolment Day in Term 2. The joining fee of $5 is payable by persons who are re-joining.

A Gloucester District U3A Inc. name badge is available for an additional fee of $10 and is certainly recommended.

An administration fee of $2 is collected from all attendees at every session of all courses.  This is to assist with the costs of administration, hall hire, photocopying, teas etc.

To enrol in any of our courses members must be financial and a Membership Form or Renewal Form must accompany any membership fee.


Taken to Enrolment Day with your membership form.  While cheques are acceptable, they incur a fee so cash is preferable on Enrolment Day.

By cash or cheque made out to Gloucester District U3A Inc and dropped off in an envelope clearly marked Treasurer at McRae’s in Church Street.  There is a box marked U3A on a counter on the right as you enter.
